Is it possible to control the way the monorail and other things appear more tightly? Also, spamming monorails is just a too easy solution to make the city green. Finally, there should be a balance between being green and being useful.

see what percent of land is being used by humans, nature, and cars. optimize your town for life, not machines.
watch smog clear up as you remove roads. lure humans out of isolation by building places to hang out and have fun. explore new forms of transportation.
get green. get happy.
towns should be built to serve people, in an environmentally-friendly way. roads should conform to life, not the other way around. they waste land, isolate neighbors, make the place less walkable, and get in the way of a good life.
more connection = more happiness, even if it’s just stopping outside for a walk and seeing others around you. believe it or not, people are much happier the less time they spend cooped up in their homes. when the environment is more walkable, shareable, it’s more livable.
